Strategy Overview

BlueCore ONE is a discretionary trading strategy focused primarily on the German DAX (DE40), with occasional long-only exposure to Ethereum (ETH).

The strategy combines two independent execution models designed for different market conditions: QM/IQM reversal opportunities and structured DCA position building.

The objective is long-term capital growth through disciplined execution, controlled exposure and a strong focus on capital preservation rather than short-term speculative trading.

Market Universe

The primary market traded by BlueCore ONE is the German DAX (DE40).

ETH is supplementary to the core DE40 strategy and may remain inactive for extended periods. It is not treated as a permanent component of the portfolio.

Investment Philosophy

BlueCore ONE follows a discretionary market-structure approach based on Price Action, Market Structure, Liquidity, Supply & Demand, Volatility and Higher Time Frame Analysis.

The strategy does not attempt to participate in every market movement. Trades are selected when the market structure and technical conditions meet the criteria of the relevant execution model.

Capital preservation and controlled exposure are central elements of the strategy.

Trading Models

QM / IQM Reversal Model

The QM/IQM model is based on Quasimodo and Inverse Quasimodo reversal structures confirmed by a Break of Structure (BoS).

QM/IQM trades use a fixed stop loss, fixed take profit and a predefined risk-to-reward ratio of 1:2.95.

Each QM/IQM position is treated as an independent trade. Positions are not averaged within the individual QM/IQM setup.

Structured DCA Model

The DCA model allows additional entries at predefined technical levels while the original market analysis remains valid.

Position size is fixed on the reference account and the strategy does not use Martingale or progressive position sizing.

Additional entries are only made within predefined exposure limits and are intended to improve the average entry price while maintaining controlled overall exposure.

Manual Discretionary Execution

All trades are executed manually.

The strategy does not use Expert Advisors, automated execution systems or AI-based trading software.

Manual execution allows the strategy to incorporate current market structure, liquidity, volatility and higher-timeframe context before a trade is opened or managed.

Position Management

QM/IQM positions are managed using predefined stop loss and take profit parameters. The reference QM/IQM setup uses a fixed risk-to-reward ratio of 1:2.95.

DCA positions are added only at predefined technical levels while the original analysis remains valid. The strategy does not use Martingale or progressively increasing position sizes.

ETH positions are long-only, discretionary and supplementary to the DE40 allocation. They may remain inactive when the required conditions are not present.

Subscriber position sizing may differ depending on account size and individual allocation. Positions should be scaled proportionally rather than arbitrarily increasing exposure.

Trade Horizon

BlueCore ONE operates across an intraday and short-term swing horizon.

Depending on market conditions, positions may remain open from several minutes to several days.

Trade management is based on the evolving market structure, liquidity, volatility and predefined parameters of the relevant trading model.

Risk Management

Risk management is centered on controlled exposure, predefined trade parameters and disciplined position sizing.

QM/IQM trades use a predefined stop loss and take profit with a fixed 1:2.95 risk-to-reward ratio. The reference setup uses a fixed percentage risk per trade.

DCA exposure is controlled through fixed reference position sizing and predefined entry zones. No Martingale or progressive sizing is used.

Overall exposure must also take into account simultaneous DE40, DCA and occasional ETH positions.

The objective is not to eliminate drawdowns, but to maintain a controlled risk profile while allowing the strategy to operate through different market conditions.

Expected Strategy Behaviour

BlueCore ONE is designed to adapt to changing market conditions rather than maintain constant market exposure.

Investors should therefore expect periods of both activity and inactivity depending on whether the required market conditions are present.

Performance should be evaluated over an appropriate time horizon rather than isolated short-term results.

Execution Environment

BlueCore ONE is currently executed on a live Tickmill Standard MetaTrader 5 account.

Broker-specific conditions such as spreads, execution speed, slippage, liquidity and margin requirements can affect the results achieved on individual accounts.

Tickmill is the broker currently used by the strategy for its own execution environment. Any copying or replication of trades is handled through independent third-party platforms and is not provided by the broker.

Monitoring

The strategy is monitored daily during the European trading session.

Trading decisions remain fully discretionary and are made according to the current market structure, liquidity, volatility and the criteria of the applicable trading model.

Transparency & Performance

BlueCore ONE is executed on a live trading account using real capital. Performance and trading history are tracked through independent third-party platforms.

Results may differ between accounts because of broker conditions, spreads, slippage, execution speed, liquidity, account size and position-sizing settings.

You can review the independently tracked performance on the Performance page.
